Loans Vancouver is paid by lenders, never by you. This page explains how that payment works, what the apply link carries, and what the fee can and cannot touch, for payday and installment loans alike.
How the referral fee works
A lender pays us a referral fee when it funds a loan for someone who reached it through this site, and at no other time. Every apply link here opens a separate application platform used by licensed Canadian lenders. The fee is a marketing cost on the lender's side, much like an ad on a bus shelter along Broadway or a poster inside a SkyTrain car. An application that is declined, abandoned or cancelled inside the BC cancellation window earns nothing.
What it means for your price
Your cost stays exactly the same because a referral fee exists. The fee on a payday loan is set by the lender inside the $14 per $100 federal cap, and it does not change if you found that lender here, through a search engine or on a friend's advice over coffee on Main Street. The APR on an installment loan comes from the lender's offer under the 35% federal ceiling. We never add a charge and never take a share of what you repay.

What the apply link carries
The apply link carries a site code and nothing more. The code tells the platform which website sent you, so a fee can be matched to a funded loan. It does not carry your name, your location or the page you were reading; the privacy page has the detail.
What the fee does and does not influence
The fee gives us a reason to want your application to fund with a lender that approves you, and no say over which lender that is. The platform matches on your income, province and account, not on who pays us. No lender pays for placement here: we do not rank lenders, recommend a named lender, list lenders by neighbourhood from Kitsilano to Renfrew, or publish reviews.

What we are not
We are not a lender, a loan broker or a financial adviser, and the referral fee does not make us one. We never receive your application, your banking details, your credit file or the terms you sign; we learn only that a loan funded and the size of our fee. The about page covers who we are, the terms of use cover the rest, and questions go to the contact page.
