You can reach the people behind Loans Vancouver by email, and we reply within two business days. Check the table below before you write: a loan you already hold belongs with the lender on your agreement, and a lender's conduct belongs with Consumer Protection BC.

Who to contact for what
Match your question to a row below.
| Your question | Where to take it |
|---|---|
| A figure, a BC rule or a Vancouver detail on this site is wrong or out of date | Email us. We check it against the Payday Loans Regulation and the federal rules and fix the page. |
| The status of an application you sent | The application platform's own support, linked from your confirmation email. |
| A payment, a due date or a loan you already hold, payday or installment | The lender named on your agreement, which must show its contact details. |
| A lender charged over the legal cap, refused a cancellation inside the two day window, rolled a loan over or lent more than half of your net pay | Consumer Protection BC, which licenses payday lenders in the province. |
| A lender lending to a BC address without a BC payday lender licence | Consumer Protection BC as well, which holds the licence records. |
| General questions about payday loans and your rights as a borrower | The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada. |

What we cannot do
We cannot see your application, change an offer, speed up an e-transfer or speak to a lender for you. We never hold your banking details, and we cannot tell you which lender sent you an offer. We can correct this site, explain a BC rule in plain words and point you to the right office.
Corrections and updates
When a BC or federal rule changes, the pages change and the "last updated" date on each one moves with them. Who we are and how applying works answer most questions, and the complaints policy explains what happens after you write.
